Smaller droplets scatter less light which results in a clearer, brighter view. Now the hunter won't miss the shot of a lifetime because of rain or accidentally breathing on his eyepiece.

		Bushnell Elite 6500 Riflescope Lens Coating As light strikes an air-to-glass surface, a small percentage of light is reflected away to become stray light. This effect is limited when these glass surfaces are treated with a microscopic layer of refractive material, such as magnesium fluoride. Lens surface coatings reduce light loss and glare due to reflection for a brighter, higher-contrast image with less eyestrain. This 4.5-30x50 rifle scope features fully multi-coated optics, which means multiple layers on all air-to-glass surfaces.
