Any order that has an address correction or change, after the item has been shipped, will be charged a minimum $15 processing fee
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays as determined by carriers. Most in-stock orders received before 1pm central time are processed the same day. Orders received after 1pm are processed the following business day. Some credit card orders may be delayed due to fraud verification.
We will contact you with the shipping time estimate in the unlikely event we are unable to fulfill your order right away.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
If you are not 100% satisfied with your product for any reason, ChosenTactical
will accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of your date of purchase
for US customers. After the 30-day period, customers must contact the manufacturer directly for return/repair information. You may return or exchange your product in its original packaging in original factory condition within 30 days of your purchase date for a refund (see restocking fee chart below) LESS SHIPPING CHARGES. Shipping and handling cannot be reimbursed, so please be aware that if you are purchasing a product that has "Free Shipping" our actual shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund.

reserves the right to charge a minimum 20% restocking fee in any of the circumstances listed below:
- Any item that has been scratched or that looks as if it has been used.
- Any item returned without an RA number (see instructions below on how to obtain RA number).
Upon receiving your merchandise, inspect it immediately before the carrier leaves. If you see damage or missing parts, contact us at once and refuse the package. We allow up to 48 hours from time of delivery for customer to make claims for missing items. You must contact us within 48 hours via email (Sales@ChosenTactical.com
) with your claim if it falls on a weekend or holiday.
To return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps
1. Repack the product in its original packaging with the packing slip.
2. Obtain a return authorization (RA) number by calling Customer Service at 877-419-0906 or 347-927-4879

3. Obtain return shipping address information at the Customer Service number/email above.
For your security, please return your safely wrapped product with an insured and trackable courier (ie, FedEx, UPS, USPS) insured for the full value and retain your receipt. All charges related to the return of products to ChosenTactical
are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return labels. For all international exchanges, the customer is responsible for freight both ways

is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. We are unable to issue product replacement or compensation until an insurance claim has to been settled by the carrier.
Once we receive your return, we will process within 5-10 business days.
DOES NOT accept returns on the following:
- Items that have been mounted or assembled
- Items returned to us in not resalable condition
- Special order items
- Items you received as a gift (we will give in store credit instead)
- International orders (we will consider exchanges)
We will not accept any returns after 30 days from the purchased date.
