The Leupold VX-II 4-12x40 Riflescope AO (56950 / 61285 / 56960) is one of our most popular lines of riflescope, and the reasons become clear to anyone who picks one up.

The Adjustable Objective (AO) makes precision parallax focusing for specific distances easy. This riflescope has marked settings so you can quickly focus parallax for 25 yards, 50 yards, 100 yards, 200 yards, 300 yards, 400 yards, or infinity.

Leupold VX-II 4-12x40 Riflescope offers bright, fully multi-coated optics that appear sharp from center to edge. All air to glass surfaces are coated with Leupold's proprietary Multicoat 4 anti-reflective lens coatings for very good light transmission and freedom from glare.

These Leupold Riflescopes are built with two-piece, 1" diameter main tubes made of 6061-T6 aircraft quality aluminum alloy. The accurate, coin-slot, windage and elevation adjustments "click" in 1/4 minute of angle increments. The reticle remains centered and appears the same size at all magnifications. The "American style" faster focusing eyepiece is secured with a locking ring.

Leupold VX-II 4-12x40 AO Riflescope is available with different reticle types (Fine Duplex / Leupold Dot / LR Duplex). The following models represent available rifle scope configurations:
